How to Measure
Top Measurement Instructions:
- 1. Top length: From shoulder point to desired end (usually mid-thigh or knee).
- 2. Shoulder: Straight distance between shoulder joints.
- 3. Front neck: From shoulder at neck point to depth of front neckline.
- 4. Back neck: From shoulder at neck point to depth of back neckline.
- 5. Upper chest: Around the upper bust, just below the underarm.
- 6. Centre chest: Around the fullest part of the bust.
- 7. Waist: Around the natural waistline (smallest part of torso).
- 8. Tummy: Around the abdomen, about 3–4 inches below waist.
- 9. Hip: Around the widest part of the hip.
- 10. Side slit: Distance from hemline to slit opening.
- 11. Sleeve length: From shoulder joint to desired sleeve end (Elbow / 3/4 / Full).
- 12. Armhole: Around arm at shoulder joint.
- 13. Biceps around: Around the fullest part of upper arm.
- 14. Elbow around: Around elbow with arm slightly bent.
- 15. 3/4 around: Around the forearm at 3/4 sleeve length.
- 16. Full sleeve around: Around wrist or sleeve end.
Bottom Measurement Instructions:
- 1. Pant length: From waistline to ankle or desired length.
- 2. Pant waist: Around natural waistline where pant sits.
- 3. High hip: Around hip 3–4 inches below waistline.
- 4. Mid hip: Around middle of hip area.
- 5. Seat: Around the fullest part of hips and buttocks.
- 6. High thigh: Around the topmost part of thigh near groin.
- 7. Thigh: Around the widest part of thigh.
- 8. Knee: Around the knee with leg slightly bent.
- 9. Calf: Around the widest part of the calf.
- 10. Ankle: Around ankle bone or desired pant end.
Blouse Measurement Instructions:
- 1. Blouse Length: Measure from the shoulder point (near the neck) down to the desired blouse length.
- 2. Shoulder Width: Straight distance between both shoulder joints.
- 3. Back Width: Across the back from one armhole point to the other.
- 4. Back Neck Depth: Measure vertically from the back neckline to the desired depth.
- 5. Upper Chest: Around the body above the bust, just below the underarm.
- 6. Centre Bust (Apex to Apex): Horizontal distance between both bust points.
- 7. Waist: Around the natural waistline (smallest part of the torso).
- 8. Neck to Bust Point: From the shoulder–neck joint to the bust apex.
- 9. Neck to Under Bust: From the shoulder–neck point down to the under-bust line.
- 10. Apex to Apex: Distance between the two bust apex points (same as centre bust).
- 11. Front Neck Depth: Measure vertically from the front neckline to the desired depth.
- 12. Armhole Around: Around the armhole, passing under the armpit.
- 13. Sleeve Length: From the shoulder joint to the desired sleeve end.
- 14. Sleeve Around: Around the sleeve opening or desired cuff width.
- 15. Bicep Around: Around the fullest part of the upper arm.
