1. Applicability
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made via our website (sudhassignaturestudio.com) and any orders placed with Sudha's Signature Studio either online or via WhatsApp/phone. By placing an order, you accept this policy.
2. Returns & Refunds – Eligibility
We offer returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or significantly not as described upon delivery.
Please inspect the item immediately after delivery and notify us within 48 hours of receipt if there is any issue.
Items that are worn, washed, altered, or that show misuse will not be eligible for return or refund.
Customised, sale/clearance items, or items explicitly marked "non-returnable" are excluded from return/refund unless there is a genuine defect.
3. How to Request a Return/Refund
Contact us at sudhassignaturestudio@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp 09994 911130 within 48 hours, providing your order number, date of purchase, description of the issue, and a photograph (if damaged).
Once approved by us, you should ship the item back to:

Please use a reliable courier with tracking. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or wrongly shipped.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm the issue, we will process the refund.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7–10 business days (or as per your payment provider's policy).
Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
Should you prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, we will accommodate where possible.
5. Replacement/Exchange
If you'd like a replacement of the same item (subject to availability), please request this when contacting us.
Exchanges for different items incur any difference in price and shipping, which you may need to bear.
6. Non-returnable Items
Items are not eligible for return or refund if:
- The request is made after 48 hours from delivery
- The item has been used, washed, altered, or shows signs of wear
- The damage is a result of improper use, mishandling, or buyer's fault
- The item was purchased in a sale/clearance marked "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"
7. Disputes & Legal
All returns must comply with this policy and our Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
This policy is governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, and any dispute will be addressed under the jurisdiction of the courts in Salem.
