Thank you for shopping with Sudha's Signature Studio. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver your orders placed through www.sudhassignaturestudio.com or via our official WhatsApp and in-store channels.
1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.
During festive seasons, new launches, or sale periods, order processing may take slightly longer due to high demand.
2. Shipping Partners
We deliver through reliable courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, or India Post.
Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched.
You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
For international shipping, please contact us directly at sudhassignaturestudio@gmail.com or 09994 911130 to confirm availability and cost before placing your order.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Within Tamil Nadu: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Metro Cities (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch
- Other Locations: 5–10 business days depending on courier serviceability
Please note that delays may occur due to courier or logistics issues beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, remote area delays).
5. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional campaigns.
For other orders, shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Any additional duties or taxes applicable at the destination (for international orders) are the customer's responsibility.
6. Order Tracking & Delivery
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp.
Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges (if any) may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take utmost care while packing and shipping.
If you receive a damaged package, please record a short video while unboxing and notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
In case a package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation and ensure a suitable resolution (replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy).
8. In-Store Pickup (Optional)
Customers within Salem can choose to collect their orders directly from our store.
