  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on customization, typically ranging from 10–21 working days.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Sudha’s Signature Studio is not responsible for any payment gateway errors or failed transactions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchange Policy

  • As all garments are custom-stitched, we do not offer returns or refunds.

  • Exchanges will only be accepted in case of:
    a) Manufacturing defects
    b) Wrong product delivered

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).

  • Return shipping for eligible exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise mentioned.
