  • Kurtis purchased during clearance or final sale.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence by the customer.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or process a refund, as per your preference.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or defect issues (subject to stock availability).

  • If your desired size is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping Costs
